7 Weeks Old

Carter had his swallow test today, and did excellent! They are going to increase his bottle feeds, and start to decide what type of feeding tube he will be sent home on. The doctor told us that the mass in his heart is doing what they expected it to do, and will eventually be absorbed into his body. We just need to wait for him to finish his antibiotics before we can talk about "going on a picnic". We're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, but don't want to get our hopes up too much.
