Stupid Reflux

Poor little guy had a bad day with his reflux. He was fussy for a lot of the day especially after his feedings. He tried the bottle again this morning, and took 8 cc's for the therapist. That's the most he's ever taken, so that was a positive. He's going to be getting a swallow test done tomorrow to make sure that he's protecting his airway when he eats, and also to see if he's aspirating on any of the reflux. Not much else to report... we're just hoping for a good outcome tomorrow.

Dumb reflux! Both my boys had it and it is such a pain! With meds we all survived and they grew out of it. Parker was Carter's age when he had his first upper GI. So glad the docs are staying on top of it with little Carter. Carter's such a cutie!!

It seems like with the nicu it's two steps forward, one step back which is hard. He is getting big and looking around! (your video was not spastic btw)He is so sweet, I just want to pick him up and squeeze him so I can't imagine how you must be feeling. Continuing to pray for your little man.
